Hey peeps

Sorry to spam, but is anyone drafting this season? Im collating box score info to put together in a comparison with player stats info.

has anyone performed the Group Demo or manually scouted lots of guys in this years draft?

Would love to hear from you - i haev an easy method that you can do in order to send me the initial box score data if that helps.

3 bloody bonza teams heading into the finals will be a bugger for the 2 that miss out. TEAM LORDY lost 2 games for the season, Home Axis & me lost 3. All 3 got fair dinkum grouse players. Home Axis just bought another $100,000/week center. TEAM LORDY just bought a new SF/PF. Hard for me to upgrade now got ripper players at every position.

Interesting final round coming up :

Big 8

#3 Snuffies @ #1 Tate's
if Tate's win they finish atop the Big 8, if Snuffies win by 24 points or more they will jump Tate's

#5 J-Ballers @ #2 Coasters
if #2 coasters win and #3 snuffies win then coasters finish on top
coasters win and snuffies lose and they stay second
if coasters lose and snuffies win then coasters drop to 3rd, except if bogans also win and enough of a PD gain (only need 47) then coasters drop to 4th
#5 j-ballers win and they stay 5th, lose and sonics win and they drop to 6th

#6 sonics @ #4 bogans
if j-ballers win then sonics finish 6th (unless sonics pays me enough to play 3 scrubs and he can make up the huge PD gap *HINT*)
#4bogans have avoided relegation while training so do really care where we finish, but it could be as high as second if snuffies and coasters lose

I was going to say "who cares" as they are both tanking to the nth degree, but a lewie the lip win will see him jump to 7th and lose the #1 pick (which will likely be crap anyway)

history shows there is likely to be maybe 2 or 3 MVP's in ABBL and all the div 2's combined. So you'd have to be lucky to get a game changer outside of div 4 these days it seems

Ha! First season for me I decided to stop finishing mid way, after 2 early loses the choice was simple and as pointed out, would've taken a better team than I could've afforded to get near the top :)

Me too Home Axis, I spent the whole season training players, but didnt really save money, even with the deep cup run. But i dont have a team for promotion, so shouldve played it a little smarter for next season...

I'm fine if everyone wants to sell up. No hard feelings.

I managed to sort out my arena get my #1 trainee on the NT and will hopefully avoid a relegation battle (otherwise I may be going down). All while banking over $100k a week. Another season or two and I will be ready for ABBL, well in a perfect world that is.
