Hello All,
Please discard this if you feel these are not good suggestions...
Would it be great if we can design a national team structure to help out the two NT managers (National and U21)? Or is there one already existed.
1.) Scouting: I know teams like Italian's U21 team have scout(s) to communicate with managers (they contacted me once in a while to checkup my propsect)..If there are 10-15 scout, we can have most of the scouts helping dividing up the scouting duties with the manager. We can also use a few scouts to scout the oppoent's teams development as well to help the manager for better game preparation. To become a scout, may be it's a good idea to have the managers from the top 2 divisions with the best records because they know how to run a team successfully..
2.) National team needs: If we can list out the type and the level of skills (Other than the recruitment section) needed for each position, it will certainly help the prospects' owners to train their players accordingly. I am not sure if it's worthwhile to open a sub-topic under this for Canadian player development discussion.
As majority of us know that we are a smaller BB country with limited number of good prospects compare to other countries..so it wil be great if all of us can contribute a little bit to help out the NT managers.....
