Is there a rotation you guys use?
cause im sure you can train like say inside defense for 5 weeks straight cause of game shape.
So do you guys go 2 weeks of ID then one week of game shape then start ID again?

You really should never ever train Game Shape. If you get your players 48-90 minutes of playing time each week, their Game Shape will be good enough (respectable and above) to not ever train it. It's a waste of a week.

Man....alot of my guys dropped game shape T_T!!!!! Especially my star player my SF....its now mediocre.

Since its at mediocre should i spend one week to train it back up? or will it naturally go up itself?

He's at mediocre game shape because you played him for 128 minutes last week!!! Never ever play your guys more than 90 minutes, if you can help it. In other words, schedule scrimmages, but play your backups or trainees who haven't played much in the regular season games. Don't train it, just don't play your guy in scrimmages and get him 48-90 minutes per week and he'll naturally go up.

You can train as many people as you want as long as they get at least 48 minutes of playing time (if they get less than 48, they'll still train, but at a lesser rate).

Also, if you train Passing with the PG/SG option, anyone who plays either position will be trained (but all at lower rate than just focusing on PG's).

Also remember that they're not going to pop a skill level every week, it takes 2-3 weeks depending on the players age. And if they're above the age of like 25, it takes a very long time to pop and really is not worth it from a training perspective.

Well i've just been putting my SG as PG so i can only focus on two players so their skillz will pop faster? Correct?, plus my players that im training are both age of 19

Yeah that's exactly right, as long as you're training Passing with the PG option (not the PG/SG or team option). That's the smart thing to do.

8 pops from Team one-on-one so i'm stoked :) My best young Kiwi (Mark Johnson) popped in both Handling and Driving which was nice.

My main trainee double popped in SB and ID this week, pretty happy with that. Had another pop ID aswell.
