Has hb accepted in the south Bains? He was the one I couldn't get a confirmation from as to whether he was playing. If he hasn't then will have to start looking for a replacement very soon

I think he works with LORDY and I think I may have his private email so I will try to make contact through other means.

Mind you we still have bigger problems with Urmammas, tannum tantrums, BrisvegasSpurs, Mangoloids, ACT Blaze, Snuffies, Flames and Cunning Linguists all still being in a private league this week. Then I assume at least some will still be playing in the playoffs next week or even the week after.

No, he works elsewhere now. I go to gym with him multiple times a week and play on the same bball team (and I had dinner with him last night) so I have told him a few times in person as well as email.

Think he wanted to make an ABBL run but wasn't ready for it and is now idling away until he decides what to do - has lost the interest due to it.

As I said in our Federation making the run to the ABBL requires a very serious bankroll. When you look this seasons four promotees Chumunga, CROCKERS, Guanzheng Goldfish and me as well as Northcote Slammers who came very close you notice something in common. Chumunga, CROCKERS and Northcote Slammers had multiple seasons of tanking to save up the money to make it to the ABBL. I had one season of tanking in the ABBL itself. Only the Guanzheng Goldfish have been competitive for the last several seasons but they still did it with a cut price team that had pathetic big men but strong guards thus having much lower salaries than most of us stuck paying big men a fortune so we can constantly play LI.
