I just go through my entire schedule and set every game to TIE. That way I only have to switch it for Normals and Cup Games.

Boo, didn't log in to BB this weekend to set a lineup, how come you can't set your default lineup to TIE...

maybe because PL games & scrimmages don't let you specify effort?
then there's the whole playoff normal / playoff CT thing too.
idk, just throwing it out there...

I can't decide whether I just made a brilliant move or a terrible mistake...

i was just thinking through the finances -- that is a great price for $150,000 a week, and still relatively young -- but you have to pay for his salary, possibly $600,000, with nothing to show for it -- total out of pocket, $750,000 -- which is closer to his real market value.

but he should be in fine shape for the playoffs.

interesting move.

That was my exact thought process although I'm afraid that he might be injured for five financial updates... The reason I feel safe is that I think his value is actually closer to one million seeing how he has 99 skill points.

I'll just have to wait and see

holy crapola -- shows how much i have been paying attention.

i thought the Flash Mashers were one of those wonder teams, going far on a modest salary. that still may be true, but with this last move, Chekreyes now has a team salary of over half a million dollars a week.

i have to change my narrative from "modest salary wonder team" to "i am spending one season in DII". Visionaries, you have been warned!

Ha, I'll have to let go of Bart after my new sleeping giant is healthy... but I'd love to think I was a competitor even without this new addition, I mean I was still putting up Sensational Inside Scoring ratings and beat a few of the best teams in the league. I'm not sure I'll be able to beat the Visionaries though, it'd take a bit more than what I have.

There are a lot of good teams in this league and you're high on the list. I was actually sad when you punted our league game but I can't blame you being on the road and all.

We got a PL game coming up! I intend to bring it for that game haha, maybe we can finally see how we match up? I don't want you to hold back like I believe you've done for nearly every single league game...

I played a serious lineup once but the other guy tanked (maybe it was magiker?)
I'm swapping out some bigs right now because a guy from Chile messaged me if I could sell him back an old player of his at a profit, so of course I agreed to that
