Well his previous owner was obviously training his Secondaries so he should be a well-balanced player. His ratings at PG are approximately 11-11.5 which for a 22 yo isnt bad, especially one with a low salary. Considering that he'll prob play the tough SF position which has an inflated price range compared to the other positions, its a good deal. He's only 22 yo as well, he will be a long term player.
Also, with owners being able to own 2 teams in the near future, it will cause an oversaturation in teams and a higher demand in good, young players. The result will be increased prices for these types of prices.
It's a good move.
