You make it sound like I have never demoted from the NBBA before or been beaten by anyone not in the NBBA already.

I am honored to have you as a personal vendetta. Makes my NBBA life complete. Probably should of been in the Throwing down the gauntlet thread tho.

I am guessing the next time we play, I won't be getting the customary MTIE request......next to my Christmas Card.

I still don't count it as a win because he is throwing the games. . . my dream is to beat him up, then I quit BB.

Tell opponent I am playing back-up guards to save minutes and thus gameshape...check
Play 3 guard line-up with total salary less then 31k....check
Play look inside offense with said back-up 3 guard line-up.....check
TIE.....check
shoot 50% from the free throw line......check

Apparently my new center is a super beast. I wasn't going to play him until I realized he has no stamina and didn't get enough mins on his former team on Saturday night......


First win in NBBA. I don't expect this scenario to play out ever again, but hopefully more wins will come.
