Shifting blame on a manager when bug appeared in game? Really? ... If game owners would be serious, they would take the blame, what I see right now is kinda disappointing. They either should admit that this game for them is just a hobby, distraction, not a priority and they are not going to put more work in it (and as we can see, they NEED to fix a lot) OR tell us that we can expect changes, stability and meaningful updates that would keep the game alive and if their answer would be first one, for me it would be clear that we should stop complaining about all that stuff and either leave or stay until game slowly dies.
