you running again this season mate?

actually no. three reasons.

first, I love U21. You can make there the difference. NT requires much longer time, momentum is more relevant than your work (in average, I think in not top countries you can do a lot of improvement by one mandate).

second, I am actively working for Italy U21 (at least one out of top three players assigned to me is very likely to enter U21 by two seasons) and with "my" candidate for Italy NT: we have a lot of work to do there, basically radically changing our organization. We planned to do, on a larger and terribly more complex scale, what I did in South Africa (now African Champion!!) and I wanted to apply here too, if voted. Let's see.

third, too much to do at work this period, and specifically these two weeks. last but not least.

i'll my best to train my draftee....

juz a question to all of you...
if you were training a great 18yo player for one whole season, then the next season u got a new 18yo draftee which is also a great player, will continue train the old trainee or would you start training the new draftee assuming both of them are not playing the same position(PG and C).
