Spamuję strasznie ten wątek:/ ...ale może Wam również takie podsumowanie rundy zasadniczej wyda się ciekawe? Niżej suma miejsc w rankingu wszystkich przeciwników zespołów z czołówki rankingu... czym niższy wynik, tym można przyjąć, że trudniejszy terminarz:

Polska 533
Węgry: 562
Urugwaj: 566
Litwa: 423
Serbia: 440

Oczywiście to mówi dość niewiele... niżej w rankingu są o wiele mniejsze różnice i zespół, który trafi samych rywali koło 60 miejsca w rankingu, będzie miał podobny poziom trudności jak drużyna walcząca z rywalami około 80-90 miejsca. Nawet jednak patrząc na powyższe krótkie podsumowanie, należy stwierdzić, że Węgrzy w czepku urodzeni;)

Spamuj, spamuj :) Zdecydowanie fajniej się to czyta i bardziej idzie się zainteresować kadrą U21 niż wrzucanie wyłącznie linków do lasek i podsumowania w stylu wygraliśmy +60, to największe zwycięstwo w tym sezonie.

Przynajmniej można się czegoś dowiedzieć o kadrze i widać że Ci zależy :)

Swoją drogą to trzeba mieć pecha, żeby w końcu dostać w kadrze tak świetnego stutysięcznika z potencjałem i obserwować zamiast treningów skillów - najpierw trening kondycji, a potem totalny upadek:/ W dalszym ciągu Mękal wygląda jak na naszą kadrę świetnie, ale jakby się prezentował, gdyby trafił do kogoś, kto chciałby ze mną współpracować... eh... marzenie;) taka mała dygresyjka...

ps. niestety jutro i w piątek będę na konferencji z pracy... nie wiem, czy będę miał czas wejść tu i odpisać na maile:/

Myślałem, że w tym sezonie nie zainteresuję się U21 -a jednak!

I'm training a U21 prospect from Poland for the second time and I have to say the handling from U21 coaches and scouts has been very very disappointing.

(23055333) This player was at Proficient GS whole season and I sent multiple messages to your U21 coach. No response. At least say "no, he is not good enough" and let's be done with it.

(27855356) I followed all the instructions from your scouts and when your U21 coach filled the roster with max 18 players, the scout still insisted my player can make the U21. Do you think I'm retard or something? You treat trainers with such disrespect it's appaling. I even forfeited games in order to adhere to the training plan, avoid injuries and keep his game shape up. The only thing I get in return is arrogance and disrespect. But I guess you don't care because you have many users who produce tons of good U21 players each season.

Btw, I really don't know what else does this player has to have in order to enter your U21 given your current outside players.

However don't expect anymore from me to forfeit any games or look after minutes after all the bullshit I received from your coaches.

I have planned his training for 5 seasons in advance, but I changed that plan just beacuse of U21. What a fool I was.

This and next season I'm rotating JR, OD and PA and next two seasons IS only.

Coach can remove one player every week without ent loss and it is actually taking place because when you check squad more carefully you will see that there are changes in our roster.
And i told you that he will play only when he improve passing at least to 12-13. He is still missing it.
And the last this season we have over 15 players that are very close to u21 roster so he must not only get satisfactional skill lvl but also beat other players. And i also mentioned that you can contact our NT and focus on this training.

By the way the training he received wasn't far away of your plans.
