That's not fait, I had no choice but drop the home game against KV. Having to play Nico in the tournament wasn't cool, for though he does no longer play he still have a dreadful team to play. I wish I could field players enough for a regular 3/3, but I have to make choices, and going so early out of the Cup was no viable option.

Yet I agree that Polle is often lucky with me, unfortunately ...

I haven't say it was a bad choice, just that all his 3 previous opponents have given up because to a difficult cup game ;)

If I had to talk about bad decisions, I would talk about mumu or revo... I suppose that this last one must be very busy to manage so bad his enthusiasm. With a little bit more concentration he would have 3 more wins, and will be in competition for the 5th position.

i made 2 errors in enthusiasm. the 2 away games ( vs Ventola and Nico). but my training comes first as said at the start of the first season. Some might call me nuts considering that i got the cash but that i'm not even trying to fight for the 5th spot, but i learned my lesson last time i was in the BBBL. that was horrible unlucky season. lost some close games just before the end, had 2 very important injuries and was forced to unload my team where as i had no back-up options. Buying in extra players equals doing what i've vowed not to do anymore. No short term teams anymore.

And if i happen to end 6th, then i'll have 2 extra games ( hopefully 3 for my economy) before i go down.

however, stating that i would be fighting for 5th is really exagerating Joe. any of the top 5 teams can beat me on any given day, even in my arena. 6th position is the best i could possibly achieve and is already 2 spots higher than what i was expecting to achieve this season.if ii'll be able to go down with some extra revenue from relegation games, then i'll take it

That's too bad :/

Sometimes D.2 or even D.3 teams try their luck. Sometimes that just works out ...

I got through, but I only manage to get horrible cup draws one after the other ... that's slightly disappointing, to say the least. Fortunately this time several other BBBL teams will also have troubles to solve.

Never got such an unlucky streak of draws so early on ...

Tienen only was a mistake when looking back from it. i was surprized the game was so close.

Mumu was out of my league since my starters had taken 48 mintues against Omaha. KV was an opportunity with Boes so low on players. And Nico away was always a longshot, but i was hoping that he would underestimate me like KV did... As for next week. i need the game against Obira, which considering his players, is probably out of my league too. i'm going to get swept in the interconference games (don't even try to talk me into playing serious against RC! a lot of things would have to go my way before i take him on).

problem is that unless if Obira is aiming for the first draftpick, then he'll forgo the game against his opponent and face me with his A-team. either way, RC is out of my league and Obira away doesn't look good either. thank god i've still got a cup game...

i had chatted the night before i played Stonestars with Nico on skype. didn't check his ingame stuff :(

Amenra has got 2 good players. figured that he would try to win that one, thus wanted to play safe. u would have too. The main problem is that i've got no confidence in the players that i have right now.

As for the princeton, i had my reasons to try it. MY biggest let down was my SF in that game. i was expecting more from him with his skillset.

And Joe, don't be frustrated about me going down. tbh, it would be a bigger problem if i stayed in the BBBL, because then training would become a problem for my 2 main trainees ( J-J and Kaiser. Mika is comming allong so fast that i'm likely to sell him very soon since he isn't in my future plans)

not sure if i should be happy or sad this week. Minutes were totally screwed up in the win vs RC.

2 injuries gave my coach a reason to ignore my set up and do as he pleased... meuh. Ow well, atleast the victory against Obira isn't a must win anymore. got my win of the week.
