Back to the previous topic of prices for players in the market, I think they're overpriced for the value they bring. I've seen a lot of players with huge salaries and high opening bids but they aren't well rounded at all and would only be a waste of money. If a managers goal is truly to get the best players, training one yourself makes the most sense as you can control what skills to develop. Even if you are just starting of in the lowest league, training players yourself would actually bring you the best value vs going to market and buying a 33 or 35 year old.

Also if you needed to raise additional cash selling that well rounded player would give you a nice return.

All player don't need to be well rounded for every tactic. Every tactic a differ set of primary skills to perform.

Are player inflated ,yes they are for certain tactics.

I'll add to what you said. lower league manager should have the arena in order before they train or buy any players. Always do arena 1st

This current inflation was probably also influenced by introducing overextension taxes from few seasons ago. People stopped going over the weekly incomes, so there was an overall steady influx of cash in past seasons.

So there is plenty of reasons, that all stacked up in the same time, utopia, general tanking and lack of training tendencies, overextension tax, FA rules..
