Whenever this happens in my games (the play ending after the shot clock expires) it is always a turnover. Always. Is it not for you?
Extra time does not go off the clock . So, while it is annoying, do you think this is a GE bug? Or a presentational error?

My next question is why do you think that the BBs, who have created this game, would be anything but 100% invested in making it as good as possible. Do you honestly think that they don't care about such a major project that they are responsible for? They aren't making much if any money from this yet. So what do you think they are dping, sitting around drinking beer high-fiving each other at how they roped in a bunch of rubes to play a game that doesn't work right? What a joke.

If they are not making money from it they don't do their job well. (I don't want to speculate it they are or not.)
Are you really sattisfied with their PR? Maybe you have more information from GM forum, but for common user PR doesn't look well.
The goal of my complaints is to make the game even better not just to criticize. I like this game but BB's should have feedback if loyal long-time users which have been paying supporter for whole the time and plan to continue paying are not sattisfied with some part of their job.

You're right. I just checked through a bunch of play by play and I found several instances when the game clock ran for an extra 7-8 seconds.

I'm not exactly sure how your first statement makes any sense. A rice farmer in Thailand earns 300 dollars a year and he does an amazing job. A professional pitcher who goes 3-12 with an ERA of 5.87 still makes over 2 million a year. Doing something well and making a lot of money are not mutually inclusive.

I have no problem with the PR. I'm not fussed by the imperfections of the game. I enjoy the diversion. I know this isn't true for everyone, but I have better things on which to concentrate my concern. As a paying customer you are certainly entitled to question where your money is being spent.

My first statement I meant as a "company", not as an employee. So I meant if they make profit or lost.

I'm very happy that you as a member of BB-staff invited this thread. To go back into main topic of this thread ...

Can you explain us, why was before season 14 announced introducing of new tactics for scrimmages and PL, but finally there was only outside version and only for scrimmages?
And why was inside version implemented for season 15 for all competitive games when there was no chance to try it before?

I feel that some very important matches (NT, B3) can be influenced very much by risky use of this "unknown" tactics. And it could suddenly damage long time effort of some managers (B3) or even communities (NT).

Well I dont think that this is a feeling, this is the explanation of the intentions you have. Just because someone promise something doesnt mean it has to be done this way, you never know what you can find on the road, so you adapt the rules. I think that you understand that and it makes me feel like this is about something else.

At least we deserve explanation why it was done by different way as I it was promised. To be fair I don't expect they disable this tactics for competitive matches for this season.
I don't understand what you meant by your last sentence, for me it's just about what I have already written - 1) I'm not happy with PR of BB's in general, 2) I don't want to see strange results caused by unexpected behaviour of new tactics
