Hi, there is no problem with training, it's your players age and height and in one case, lack of training minutes (Ekerts) that makes them train slower. At the age of 21, the players thain considerably slower than 18yolds. Also, a 196cm player will train inside defense considerably slower than an 218cm player. Look at the player minutes and you will see that your players have all popped in inside defense in the last 2 to 5 weeks, and in Ekerts case, he only had 1 full week of training after that (a full week of 48 minutes is better than two weeks of 24 minutes). Here's a table of the minutes and pops, so it's clear that the training speed is adequate all things considered.
