I'm puzzled

I know what the demand of staff decides, but what decides the supply of the staff (of a certain level)?

You generate money by training, training is affected by your trainer, your trainer is affected by the available amount of money....

This is a measure which doesn't improve the game, moving up in the game becomes a lot more difficult by a low amount of supply (of any level of staff), that's surely something the developers shouldn't want.

As it is now, it certainly doesn't seem to be a good development for the game experience.

let me be also clear,

i think having level 6 or 7 has it effects overall compare to a level 5 guy. if the effects of what he does is the same as level 5 and just with special skill then there will be a time where it will go down ( the prices)

but let not go over there, since the staff system is just starting and surely im saying it very good. im sure like anything new its like a fever wherein everyone wants to be a part or get it in the first hand.

im just saying since level 6 and 7 are very rare, it doubt after this moment since we have a few level 6 and 1 level 7 where would they come again :D

come on we can see. bidding, i understand we already have level 5 and asing for higher and not really having to pay for something good wouldnt be such a thing.

i know i sounded obnoxious enough to be asking much now hehehe but again a bidding war, surely those team that has already establish themselves money wise and now the benefits of higher level staff, guess who has more pieces of the pie.

im not saying i dont want to compete but let see how this goes :D

im looking forward for this, well done! im happy!

oh guys come on, im not being sensitive but im hoping for a inspiring reply one that make me see more the positive than negative but reading some replies sure think like i want a arguement which is isnt.

:D cheers!

wow! spanking :D

another side of bb charles being shown :D

well as explain further, with what i said since its the first batch anything first or new would create a craze and a lot of people would want it.

for me im going to wait till the market subsides to a point of equilibrium which i think will take quite a while since only a few toys is being sold in the market or i might not :D

well those who earn more money will make us inspire to be like them so i can have what they have . . . imagine the bucks wanting to be lakers :D

really im up for a challenge! no offense here, im just going to concentrate on the obstacles of how to get over it rather than focusing on what cant be . . .

If we didn't create a few of these level 6 and 7 staff members, we believe it would have been very difficult for smaller teams to have an opportunity to buy level 4 and 5 staff.

There are only 55 trainers of level 5 or higher on the market. It will be difficult to get one of them anyway. I'm glad I had a level 10 trainer before the change, I'll keep it unless the salary rise will make it too expensive... I'm glad I'm not starting right now...

Sincerely
Giuseppe

we don't believe in the long run this takes money out of the system

I disagree because this change makes the specialists more expensive than the previous one; I've to hire my lvl 5 coach because he earns a lot of money: first I've lost the bonus you're giving me today (that is 10k all included) second if I will have to buy a new lvl 5 coach I'm quite sure that no one bid will finish with 1k paid.
Honestly I thought you did this change to make the specialists system more fun but also to reduce a little bit the incomes if you thought that the system will be in balance with this change I'm quite worried because it will be in the long run that this system will be more expensive than the previous one, exactly the opposite that you've written, of course imho

Anyway I like your idea, but as I had already written you, pls don't change often the economic system otherwise it will be hard to make a long term strategy, I'm sure that the market is not exciting now simply because people doesn't want to undersell the players comparing the prices to the last season, when there will be the new salaries people will have to sell and the market should reach the "correct" break even point ;)
