He is 1.93 and he has taken two pops in Outside Def

1.93 is not exactly short... And what I said still applies. He was at a low level of outside d and now he has caught up with the rest of his skills.

How many positions are you training? That is probably the key question that affects training speed.

You only need 48 minutes at his training position to get full training. Any more is a waste.
I know... but i have 10 players and 3 games a week...

Under a 2 position training regiment you should be training at least 5 players. Any less and you're wasting your players. And your trainees should be getting around 48 minutes at a training position (you can get them exactly 48 minutes if you set your line-up properly).

Finally, you can pick up at least 3 more players off the transfer list for $1,000. You need at least 13 players. You should be trying as much as possible to be getting all your players 50-65 minutes of playing time. Any more or less is going to hurt game shape.

I know very well all these things... but I play for winning, not for create players... however would like that my players improve as all the others!

Please do not bump threads.

There is an automated system that notifies the BBs if even a single player in the game has not gotten training. There is no bug with training at this point, and the reason for lack of pops is something in the way you train your players.

As I said, the BBs receive notification every time when even a single player in the entire game fails to receive training. So I can tell you for a fact your player has received training. To even attempt to explain why he hasn't popped yet, I need more information:

* What training regime are you using? For how many positions?
* What level is your coach?
* What is the skill configuration of the player?

Perhaps it is time for you to read the rules very closely and ask yourself what you are doing wrong here.

The GM told you that there is no bug with training, end of story.

You've had it confirmed over and over that there is no bug.

It's now time to examine your training regime.
