England is a smaller player with top prospects having greater value to EBBL or II.x teams than the US equivalent has to NBBA or US II.x rosters. Thus, the ability to scout close-up the prospects gives up and coming teams an advantage on the transfer market, especially as you usually hear about prospective transfers before anyone else... besides, England's just different and you're a special case anyway Juice, very special...
I'm not a special case, whatever that is supposed to mean (and I can only imagine).
I just think that knowing the skills of players is highly overrated by many.
