Of course, one position training! But he will be a multiskill for sure, so that I could avoid a monster salary. Fortunately, I'm not a newbie now and will train him according skills of SF of my dream: all skills except SB, ST and FT higher 12. But that's just a dream though dreams are sometimes brought to life!

Right, I was answered some time ago that they have no impact at all on salary (ST&FT). So Maleshka, when you hit the salary cap, then you can also bring them up!:))

He has height and potential, but his initial skills are so bad that I believe he will never reach his full potential, and since it takes so long for him to train anything beside inside skills he will be a one sided player without any depth. Against a player with decent outside skills and outside tactics he will have a hard struggle, not to mention how he would perform in a sone defense...
