I agree!!!!
Tmacdaman has done nothing but show he has aspirations to coach the NT and tried to communicate his thoughts and ideas on what he would do/what the team needs.

No need to put anyone down when they're running for NT coach unless they're complete douchebags or Australians ;) in my opinion he is certainly neither of these :D

im not trying to put anyone down here, i personally think good on tmacdaman for putting his name out there. i just honestly think that its pretty tough to come up to the top league and he will have his hands full up there because he is in a pretty tough conference aswell.

I agree with you Colesy. I am in the same situation as tmac and I know I have a big season on my hands. I know I was to be NT coach one day but as I see it I have enough to do with my BB time right now and I don't think anyone has a chance against namssor because he has proven to be a really good coach and a top guy to cap it off.

Well, Sammy, I reckon that communication is very important and I would like to be able to have a strong link with you fellow kiwi managers.

I think I would post threads in forums not just with match reviews and saying who scored well and who grabbed boards, but with information that would let you guys as the source of the players understand what I will be going for in each match. I would discuss which players will be where and what their roles will be as this is important so you guys can see where I am going as manager. I would discuss match tactics and defensive matchups BEFORE the games, and ask you guys for info on which of your players have been assisting, rebounding, scoring and playing well defensively. This would also come down to me (which I would be ABSOLUTELY PLEASED to do) so I can view player's stats and ratings to determine the ultimate line-up for NZ!!

Thanks, and whatever happens, GO THE KIWIS!!!
Will

P.S: To all those guys squaring me off, I'd just like to say that I am doing this as a determination and confidence thing to let you guys know HOW MUCH I want this job (U21 or National), so I kindly and sincerely ask for your support, if not this term, but for next years U21 election.

If you want to have a little read and possible a laugh go check me out applying for the posistion of Australias National Team Coach. I did it to take the piss but they took me deadly serious even thou I talk about how well Robbie Deans has done as the Australian Rugby coach (we all know he's done rubbish)

Speeches (122357.1)

Debate (122358.1) (They really didn't like my rotation policy that I put forward...)

Hey Namssor, I know I won't get the job,

so I was wondering if I could at least have some role in helping to develop a strong team.

Maybe be a scout or assistant or something.
Just because I really enjoy the stats and tactical part of this game and I think I should use the skills.

Thanks and good luck, you won't need it!

Will

Oh and also there is a dude in the Fairfield Howlers with a 28,000 salary who averaged 21.8 ppg last season.
26 years of age, name Matija Zoranic

Absolutely tmac, I was going to suggest that anyway. I'd be glad to help you out and show you the ropes on how to run the team. Anything you want, I'd be glad to explain to you.

Also yeah I know about Zoranic, he's in the database. He's good, but not quite NT level compared to some of our other guards.
