You can still join, but you will end up with 10 + worst score for the last 2 weeks of predictions. So you'd have 29 for the first week and 22 for the 2nd week. This is scored like golf, lower the score the better.

I think 10 might be a little harsh. In my opinion it only discourages people from joining in.

Furthermore, I agree with the suggestion that you should get some sort of a bonus if you nail it.

Yeah, I think 10 is harsh. Maybe 5? I think it should be something >0.

And yeah, there are some other things that would be good to include (penalty for picking the wrong team, bonus for getting it on the head, etc) that I'm open to suggestion about. Probably need to sort it out by next monday though (I don't think they would have affected any picks up til now, but they might soon).

Hard to tell because after we start accruing some games it will be impossible to catch up. Maybe that's just the breaks of the game but if the objective is to increase participation and interest in the NT then is there a better way?

I guess it just depends on how quickly Coco and Brian start sucking.

I like bonus for getting it right. I kind of like bonus for picking the correct winner. Once we start hitting the meat of the schedule it'll be interesting to see how people fare where it isn't easy to tell who will win. These two games we knew would be blowouts.
