Here is a simple calculator I built in google docs. I've done my best to build it from JosefKa and other calculators out there and updated to try to emulate new gym factors.
You should be able to copy and/or save it so you can modify. Just edit the yellow cells and it will give you a very basic idea of what is possible.
I based it on doing the same training every season instead of a different training because that is how I train, with slight modifications in real-time. And it is MUCH less complicated this way and still reasonably accurate.
