Thanks for the advice all. Glad to hear that my "gut" was correct that he is a SF prospect. Do you think he is a good enough prospect to switch out my existing training plans to focus on him?
I have three decent PG prospects who I started working on last season at 18 and are now at 19. I guess if I focused on OD/Passing then I could continue to work them this season.

you should probaly make him a SF because he's someone thats built to play SF and PF but he could probaly be a Peja Stojaković. So thats my reason.

Any advice on this player?
Age: 18
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: superstar
Jump Shot: respectable
Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: awful
Handling: awful
Driving: average
Passing: average
Inside Shot: awful
Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: respectable
Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: pitiful
Free Throw: inept
He is currently listed as an SF, but seems like a huge project no matter which direction I go. At 6'2 he'd be a better PG but the skills are lacking. Should I just sell him to someone who has the facilities to train him up properly?

I hate to say it but I think he's just a lost cause. He best shot would be SF however with his height mathematically you would want to train the bigmen skills first then switch to the guard skills but he is so bad outside I don't think it will be worth the time. I would just try and cash out and get yourself a new trainee.

After 9-10 Weeks of OD then what? He is then at the starting point of a decent trainee after wasting 70% of the season. If he is able to get any value from him its a much better call than pushing him to get to a starting point.

Yeah going to trash him. I realized this guy though lower potential is a much better trainee:
Age: 19
Height: 6'10" / 208 cm
Potential: role player
Jump Shot: pitiful
Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: mediocre
Handling: awful
Driving: pitiful
Passing: atrocious
Inside Shot: respectable
Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: respectable
Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: awful
Free Throw: average
So I'm shifting my training to my big men, I have others that would train well with him.

With the surrounding skills. With it not being the beginning of the season by the time he gets 3-4 pops, and the current transfer market. I'd imagine he'd get the same / less in 5-6 weeks time.
