I'm seriously hoping the prices will start to drop soon due to the increased saleies. I really need to spend my hoard wisely. I probably should have bought a $6mil centre before the playoffs, hindsight is a frustrating thing!

Don't mention NLB here, that final was fixed i tell you!!! :-D

Looks as though ranking really means f-all!

I wouldn't worry about him. The worst that could happen to you now is you get him in the second round of the cup at his place.....

My rating has dropped ever since I started drawing tougher teams earlier in the cup... Tough to play 3 games in a week.

I am happy salaries went up. If will force us all to make some decisions.

You were smart not to buy a Centre before the playoffs. If I were you, I would try to get it done with the team you have then take that bank roll north to the NBBA and then with the 1mil promotion bonus parlay that with some change outs. You won't be coming back to Div II any time soon.

I learned a painful lesson about depth up there. My 2 guards got injured for the last half of the season and I lost 2 games because my subs couldn't hit FT's. The best teams up there have manageable team payrolls with depth and make a profit.

That's what i tried to do last year! I had like the 8th highest wage bill - basically using multi-skilled players. But i lost! :-D

I'm never paying for a C that takes more than 70k though..

Now i'm at the point where my trainees are 24, bascially i should be training FT now... be faster.

A lot of things have to break right to win a 3 game series and even then there is the random GE.

But you still made a profit and without running into Thats what she said at their place, you would of made more. Winning 19 games a year and finishing 2nd in this division - I will take that every year (provided I have a longer cup run than you :) )

I said I wouldn't pay for a C that makes more than 70 and those C's asked for a raise!

I hear you tho.... I gambled twice on training SF's and it cost me in the end. Now I am back to square 1.
