It would open a ridiculous precedent. People could splash their money on every auction to make sure they won it and then, if on second thought the player/staff member wasn't that great, they would claim a mistaken bid and ask for a refund!

Hi whilst I do sympathise with the situation its just one of those things - I bought a player for $400000 at the time that prices were high and his value was upwards of $200 to $1.2 mill - he didn't do it for me so I ditched him and got the princely sum of $8000!! - theres always ups an downs - I dont make anywhere near $150000 a week and I have good crowds and merchandising - give it a few weeks and your bank balance will look reasonable again and you'll move on.

The games to good to chuck it in over this.

cheers

Um, being able to make 150k a week in profit is a lot of money. Try playing in a lower division in a larger country, then you will realize how fortunate you are to be able to make as much as you do.

Jeez, live with that man, it's not like you've dumped all that money, you still got a trainer, right? And if you keep complaining over such a nuance like roughly your 2-week income loss, maybe you shouldn't be playing in Div II.

Spare a thought for those losing money every week! Although I do sympathise with the original poster, he is obviously not careless with his money as demonstrated by his weekly profits. Sober or drunk little numbers on a computer are tough at the best of times... we've all bid on someone with the later or instant realisation, why have I done that and then hoped for 3 minutes that a previous bidder will return.
As others have said, suck it up and return stronger. $300k to you is 2 weeks profit and although that doesnt make it right its not as an expensive a lesson as it couldve been.
