As do Bundesliga, ACBB and Serie A. NBBA however has by far the most teams in the top 100, but I think that's mostly due to them missing a realy dominant team, so that more teams got the chance to play in the BBB and collect world-ranking points.
I guess it's pretty much a wash. some sort of 64 team tournament for bragging rights between those leagues would be fun
