you would get shredded if you only had 10 for OD in my league (III.1)

Teams in my DIV league get shredded who just have 10 OD. I am both encouraged, and confused that in many DIII leagues 10 OD would be sufficient enough to hang around.

And in ours, the team that wont the title has an 18k SG and a 6k PG, so probably 10 OD at best.

I just won a DIII league with two guards at around 15k salary...and both of them had 12+ OD at the beginning of the season and have been trained in it to higher levels during the season...so the statement that an 18k SG has "probably 10 OD at best" is not reliable. It is certainly possible that the level is somewhat low on those two guards, but salary can be very deceiving.

You would get shredded if you only had 13 for OD in my league (III.3) =P

Im thankful that you are getting the hell out. Ill finally have more than enough OD just in time for all you guys to leave.

DIV.10 is the exception to the rule. There are probably 3 or 4 teams in DIV.10 that would do ok in a typical DIII league. Just look at the world rankings. I find if you have a WR of <10000 you are probably competing to promote in DIV. And I would guess the only way to have 6 players with 10+ OD and not promote from DIV would be to have bad luck and have a similarly stacked team (for DIV) in the same league. But I doubt the Blurrs will face relegation next season.

Anyways, thanks for the answers everyone!

Been there done that. In III.3 my two guards had 13 OD at the end of the season... when I was able to get wins 4&5!

What the..? I have never had 6 players with 10+ OD. That truth might change come next Thursday, but still.

Six?

I have 6 over 10, but I have that on guys I play at SF and PF as well. The depth helps for positioning for playoffs and cup runs, but I think it's better in the playoffs to have the three guys over 15.
