i would like this small but beautiful country will be stronger than before. i have already seen the situation and i think the players are good. i will improve them but the cooperation between the national coach and team must be very strong.

I think every NZ manager has or is playing basketball in real life so that part has already been covered. You have never been promoted from your division and this is your 4th season in BB and your world ranking is 32033 and sammy's world ranking is 2478. Tell me who would you vote for now...

Training a team in real life is much more harder than BB. But we need the best coach we can get for the NZ team in BB. And comparing Sammy's and monte's record, it would be clear that Sammy is the better manager.

I haven't/don't play basketball, I just enjoy some sports manager games and found a thread on this game on one of my other games, so I decided to join, and have loved it. :D

Also, coachmonte, I promoted my team in my first season with no understanding of the game or basketball really, so it isnt that difficult to do from lower leagues. Then in my second season I ended up second on my side and played in the play-offs, I would expect you to be able to at least do that.

BB is really addictive but its also fun.

Training a team in real life is much more harder than BB

I second that ageo020 it is really hard to coach a team for real.

Woody to be fair to coachmonte his league is a lot harder than our leagues here in NZ. But I do have to say that looking at his roster he hasn't done to much in 4 seasons, it doesn't look like he has trained any of his players that mush or even sold one that he has trained up. Not trying to be mean coachmonte, I'm just staing what I see from the outside.

coachmonte, have you ever had an NT player in your roster? And what are your tactics when it comes to training? hat kind of advice would you give?
