But user couldn`t vote for his own player... cause otherwise there would be always same result that all active teams votes for own player to be "Manager's Choice Award" winner...

Agreed, managers shouldn't be able to vote their own players. I think this system could also be implemented for a 'Manager of the Season Award', which would be a nice addition, IMO.
