Dahil nasa DIV. IV palang tyo prominent muna, then i train mo atleast average ang secondary. Pag okay na rin ang secondary back to primary skills na. Wag mo din kalimutan itrain ang stamina at freethrow (kung mababa). Ayos na ang level 4 trainer sa div. natin.

ano ang pinakamagandang secondary skill para sa bigman?

Kung Center, passing at handling
kung PF, passing, handling, pwede mu rin i consider ang JS at OD(debatable).

ano bang ang flow ng offense mo? inside o outside? dipende din sa strategy mo kung ano ang i train mo sa bigman mo.

ano na ba level ng secondary mo? bka masyadong low, bka matagalan ka gawing respectable, kahit mediocore/average ayos na. :)

sa IS, ID, or RB alin sa mga ito ang pinakamalaki magtaas ng salary ng bigman?

ang isa ay passing and handling parehas atrocious..ung isa passing atrocious, handling average

do ako sure pero sa tingin ko parehas lang sila, dahil yan ang kailangan ng mga bigman, pero pag dating sa transfer list, mas mahal ang mas mataas ang ID - IS - RB.

ung passing at handling mas maganda sana kung respectable, pero dahil atro lang sila kahit mediocore muna?.or maghanap ka ng ibang trainee na atleast inept ang PS at HN? nasa sayo naman.

Mahalaga ksi ang mga yan sa pag execute ng play ng team, kung di mo napapansin malaking ang effect ng yan sa mga bigman pag dating sa game.

so what do u think, when ko sila simulan training ng secondary... or should i focus muna sa mga rookies?

i train mo silang 4 ng sabay2 sa 2 psition training. unahin mo na ang secondary for around 4-5 weeks then i focus mo ulit sa primary. habang bata pa ang player 3,4. dahil mahihirapan na sila pag sila ay tumanda na para sa secondary nila.,
