The Isreal U21 coach may be right. While you could use a pop or two at OD, your JS definately needs help, it's only prominent(10), which isn't that great for a U21 guard. His OD is already at wondrous(14) which is probably good enough. I would train JS if I were you. But it's your player, train what you feel is best.

I would train JS until it reaches sensational and then give him some passing training, it's kinda hard to see a good SG on the u21 with passing.
