I don't have a set rotation. Since all of my trainees(C/PF) are of similar skills I can play them in any game during the week. I haven't had six in a while but what I did was play five players during the two leagues game. The two players who started in the league game on saturday would be the backups for the game on tuesday and the backups on saturday would be the starters for the game on tuesday. If anyone played close to full mins during the 1st game then the 5th player would played in the 2nd game. By the 3rd game of the week I would have 4 players will full mins. In the cup/scrimmage game, the 5th and 6th player would start and the backups would be the next players with the fewest minutes. Sometimes I would have the 6th player(starting) in as backup as well to increase the chances he plays most of the game. It helps if he has high stamina.
If getting six players near fully trained each week was easy....why are you only training five and forgoing the additional training & profit?
I've been able to get about 5 1/2 training each week...sometimes a little more.
A lot depends on how much training you think somebody with 44 or 45 minutes gets. If you're happy with that -- then maybe you can train 6 players each week. But there has been a suggestion that training is less than linear with respect to minutes played...so training 44 minutes wouldn't get you (44/48 =) 92% training but something less (perhaps a lot less).
