Nobody is "fighting" to get him back earlier. The consensus is that even if it is quicker, then it's not a ton quicker.

You still are not understanding what I posted and if you do you are not relaying that information. I said if you are getting a better doctor anyway, then there is no reason to wait. So if it shortens the injury then that's a bonus and you might as well buy the doctor because the main purpose is to prevent injuries and there is no reason not to buy one right away.

I also gave you a scenario in which training GS would allow him to be in okay GS when he comes back. So say he comes back a little earlier and makes it back by a playoff or relegation game, then it would be key that the injury healed quicker and he is in decent GS because of the training. Do I recommend training GS normally? No, but if it's important to have a guy in good GS so you can advance in the playoffs or stay afloat, then why not?

I lost my PG for 2 weeks, then I lost my C and most expensive player or 3 weeks, while he was still out I lost my best performing player my SF for 2 weeks, he is still out and now I have lost my PF (and 9th in my division's MVP voting last season) for 4 weeks. Injures really suck but there is not much you can do about them.

Don't spend too much on a better doc though (salarywise as well). Since your #2 salary player only makes 13k, I don't think you should spend too much money each week on a doctor. At your level you could probably buy a reasonable replacement with the money you're saving if you get a serious injury. Only your #1 player (50k salary) might be worth the doc (but the chance that specifically he gets injured is not THAT big).

At least that's how I see it.
