the way things are going PF. but the position really doesn't matter that much. what matters is what do you really expect of him.

If it were me(and this is just me). For the next for seasons it would be:
1.OD
2.ID
3.1v1
4.PA

If you do this you'll end up with a guy that looks something like this:

JS 11 JR 7
OD ~14 HA 19
DR 20 PA ~10
IS 16 ID 17
RB 6 SB 5

Best position PF, projected salary about 60k.

It keeps the salary lower for the SF, I guess.

Reb really doesn't depend that much on age, so you could leave that to the very end. Plus, for SF you don't really need more than 9. And with a PF the salary will grow quite a lot. I guess it's a judgment call

SG. Possibly SF, but really never PF. His rebounding is very low for a PF, and he's short, so he won't train rebounds fast enough.

so you saying training speed decline different, for every skill?

I see that u train him 1on1 a lot this season. Last time i saw him his HA is awful or inept. Now the difficult part comes. 1-pos OD from now on to 14 and then ID to 10. This probably finishes when he turns 20. then RB for a whole season. Then just round off everything else
