I think that the SF have to be the most complete player of a team, he have to have good exterior and interior shoot and defense, rebounds and passing. At the moment I don't have much idea about the level of the dutch players, so I can't put a minimum skill for each age.

@ Ludvig

So correct me if iam wrong, your going to coach the dutch team with 5 Spanish managers and severall Dutch ones. I see a conflict off interest there. Furher more, i remember a football final in South Africa and i ever since that im not that fond off Spanish managers....(cheap joke)

No serious, a foreign coach for the Dutch Team is not the way we should go. And getting 5 foreign staf members is really crazy.
I could live with the fact if you got the job but if you bring in 5 spanish coaches i will not have any part in it.

They dont speak the language, most off us dont speak spanish and how do we know they have the Dutch interest on heart or are they just doing something.....Are they gonna train Dutch players?

Hi Ludvig Bullock,

Why do you want to be a U21 coach of The Netherlands from scratch?
The Dutch community is a very "Dutchy" community. Everybody knows eachother, but nobody knows you.

If you really want to be the the coach of the Dutch U21, why don't you do some scouting tasks and give the U21/NT coach some advices first. In this case, we can see how much knowledge you have from BuzzerBeater, how fast you'll speak some Dutch words, and go on...

As said before, a part of the Dutch community doesn't speak any English. How will you communicate with this part? Does somebody have to translate every single (important) forum-post?

As I see you speak english very well, it's the interchange language of the world, why you shouldn't speak it?
Well, at the moment I'm the coach of a Dutch team, so I would like to be the coach of the Netherlands too. You are free of voting me or not, but I think I can do my work perfectly without knowing Dutch at the moment. In my opinion it doesn't really matter. It's my second season in Nederland, it's normal that nobody knows me, but time to time and I will be very well known. You can trust me or not, but I'm sure I can do the coach job of our country perfectly.

Hi Ludvig,

Welcome to the Netherlands. I hope you enjoy your stay here and wish you luck in buzzerbeater.

For now I won't vote for you as our U21 manager, most importantly because this is the first time you show up on the forums and because I have no guarantees that you are an expert manager. So I'm waiting for you to prove your merits first.

But stick around on these forums, become one of the best dutch teams and show us your managing skills and I will consider you in some next election.

They are confident coaches that want to make great things. In real life there are too many examples of foreing coaches training national teams and it's great! I know perfectly my staff and I'm sure they will give all to our national team in terms of hard working. I think that is possitive to have experiences managers and countries like Spain, Germany, China... are the ones who have more time in this game so they have more experienced years.
I know that a native staff looks like a more reliable team, but it isn't true at all if the foreign manager is commited with the work
