The trining doesn't happen by country Ids. Mostly it happens from East to West starting from Australia and Japan and finishing with southamerican countries.

I hope the fact that the pages now are loading fast doesn't mean that they stopped valuing calculations over site performance. The first training of the season should still be considered part of the offseason calculations (rookies DMI etc..)

Oh and lets stop complaining. 90% of us trained FT or ST this week which means half of our players will pop. If you monitored the last time you trained it then you should already know which ones.
