Yes, but both entries are made via the regular website interface. The "injury in" entry is generated automatically by the engine. That´s what I´m pointing at.

yippie, another "it´s so easy" argument.
if you´d been an experienced programmer, you´d know that any single change of a complex code is a risk, especially if you´re running a bunch of calculations and things in an order.
it´s a difference whether you have an interface process and simply add some "if entry x, display y" routine, or if you have to run a complete check over the whole DB. as of now, there´s more important things right after the game than checking for injuries, i.e. quickly displaying boxscores and stuff.
i do agree that it would not be a bad idea -in general-, but i´m not sold on the idea, because i don´t think that the benefit outweighs the risk (or the effort).
actually, as bbmanager and bbcontrol do provide it anyways, i consider it such a minor change, that -just for me- i wouldn´t spend any resources on it at the moment.

Well, while I see where you´re coming from, but let me ask: if it´s already there, why do we need it on the official site now instead of working on improved stability and probably new items before adding the "already there" parts?

I think the injury stats of my opponents players is much more interesting than the arena construction messages.
Holla, if you wit me!

They wouldn't need to run a whole code to check for injured players. I'd simply change the result of an injury to displaying it on the roster AND headlines... I have zero experience coding but this is how I would see it working.
And I suggested this so that I could keep up with the whole league and understand teams actions better, not just a shortcut to scout my next opponent. I already check their rosters before every game.
