OK...The schedule is out....
I finished the two seeding games at 2-0....so I got a mix of beast and pussycats..

First game.
Sept. 17th...we play the 42nd ranked Kazaks at their house....Win chance is at 65%
Sept 24th...we play monster 8th ranked Italy at home....win chance is 0%
Oct.1st...we play 52nd ranked Makedonija at our house...win chance is 97%
Oct. 8th...we play 29th ranked Malaysia at their house...win chance is 52%
Oct. 15th...we play 91st ranked Korea at their house....win chance is 100%
Oct. 22nd...we play 27th ranked Portugal at home...win chance is 22%

OK.....I am already 2-0 and we are sitting in 3rd...

I think if I can finish 5-3 than maybe we could make it to the next round....
Everybody train like crazy please.....

3rd is amazing well done everyone especially the coach!

I think u cannot win Malaysia. I am 100% sure. One day I will be take over u.

Thanks, I also don't want to say vote for me. I wanna see Nippon team in good condition and great level.
Can check my situation and what I can do. I have more than 8 months time for preparing.

:) I think you have not management and training skill for U21 National team. I think you are not qualify for next election also. Do you think you can handle well for U21? :) I don't think so. See and be seen I think you control style was selection and formation only. You did not think about game plan and future plan. Especially you did not thinking about youth training plan for future. Am I wrong?

Now, Nippon have 33teams. Did you communicate with most of the teams or did you communicate with JBBL teams? Each season may be about 99rosters new draftees, how many great potential rosters include? Did you guide training plan for that talents? How many rosters did you save for Future National team? Did you guide training plan for current U21 rosters? Did you think they will play well for you this season? Did you give any instruction or discussion with their owner managers? Did you have any trainee for Nippon roster? If you have how do you think, you compare with his age and his skill? So are you be good trainer? :)

If you will continuously handle U21 NT like this, I really worry about future. Good luck. :)
