Just wanted to move in different direction. Yeah, it takes time - seasons even, but ultimately, my goal is not only to make it to the NBBA, but also to win a championship. I don't like medocracy, that's the direction I felt my team was heading in if I had stuck with it and adventually made it to the NBBA. It takes versatile players and good overall team defense to be successful in this game, something I had, but unfortunately, there are other kids on the block that have more chocolate chips on their cookies than I do. Money was an issue, too. I couldn't just simply go to the store and buy more chocolate chips.... I have to settle for the wal-mart best value cookie mix and make a new batch of cookies with bigger and better chocolate chips on them. Oh, wait? What the hell... Damn it, Grandma. I can't get my mind off of cookies. I hate this time if year. Ever since I was ten, my grandma has basically forced me to enter the town's annuel "Betty Crocker holiday cookie cutter classic" competition with her... we're are gonna get our asses handed to us this year.

Since when are there team achievements? Is this new? Saw this in the headlines:
12/2/2012 - Lovable Losers was just awarded the "Skeleton Crew" achievement.

What does it mean? The link just reloads the main page.

Miss a season, miss a lot i guess. Congratulations though!

When the new Season news announcement comes out (it's past due), the Achievements will be announced/detailed.

Whoa, hold your unicorns... Grubbs is still a high paid youngster as far as I'm concerned! Currently have 10 players over 40. & am less than 5 seasons away from having 9 players over 50!

Man, I just missed out on Skeleton Crew if that's what it's for though. Started my old guys in the 1st scrimmage of the season: (52703419) (Check out those team ratings!) And used them in my heartbreaking 157-10 home relegation loss too.
