And by my experiences i could say it'S not related with the training.


It most certainly is related. See the new trainees? DMI=0. Don't train them? DMI=0 Train them? DMI > 0.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

DMI for a rookie actually changes when they play a game, not when trained as far as I am aware.

Thats why its so meaningless. It goes up and down every time. Dont worry about it.

It goes up or down after the training update, not every day.

So Bora, you mean I can guess how the player will effect the game by looking DMI. That's what I am searching because I can have an idea by looking their salaries but if their game shape is lower than my player's I cannot guess are they stronger than my player's. So from now on, DMI is a very useful property for me because it bases on Game Shape and skills both, not just skills. Thank you everyone for your help !

A high proficient vs. low respectable is waaaaaaay more than double.


There is no such thing as high proficient. Proficient gameshape does not have sublevels.
