the hidden agressiveness feature I agree with.
\

I agree in this one. I believe that there's a hidden "hot-headed" skill for foul prone players. I even saw players with a very good skill set that commits more fouls since he was 18. I'm not sure if there's a hidden talent for players who draws more foul. Some of my hidden skill guesses are pass first players, Shot blocking players, pure scorers.

Talented, fouled a lot:

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Milwaukee, 1969-70-1974-75; L.A. Lakers, 1975-76-1988-89

4,657 career fouls, NBA record

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

I like the idea of a 'drawing foul' influence on calculations on whether a foul is called, maybe this could be calculated through some combination of aggression, experience and stamina.

To the wider point, the hidden 'aggressive' factor is well known. I have a bunch of talented goons on my squad as I like injuring the opposition starters and exposing their lack of depth :-)

I prefer that I can control the level of agression of my team through making that part of the selection process of buying players - than by having an on/off switch. So I don't like your idea.

(don't worry if you get a scrimmage invite from me, the goons are starters, they don't play scrimmages!)
