to be honest he's got a rather good PG/SG build right now, with low REB but quality inside skills otherwise and a good start on outside skills. Unless it's a microcountry, he's probably too far behind to make it as an SF or PG/SG, but that doesn't mean he cant be good for you.

If you build him into a guard and want to make it so that he doesn't have much of a salary increase this season, finish off with some IS to get it to 8. Then work on rounding out guard skills starting next year.

I think you should train his IS, ID and SB up to 9 before spending more time on guard skills. If you only train his guard skills you'll get a player that gets to expensive for you to keep after some seasons.
You'll also get a far better player to.

This.

When the player is young, train where he is weakest. He won't look as good in the short term but he'll be a far better player in the long term and make you far more money if you ever decide to sell him.

thanks 4 ur advice! At first i want him to be a SF, but his rebounding hole annoys me alot. So i switch him a good SG w/ good skillz on ID and IS, maybe SB(because of the new game engine). Is it good to switch on training inside skillz now or continue what i started (OD-JS-DR training) and start on training big man skill next season? Thanks in advance!
