You can train this player as a PG with an inside focus,his IS is very nice .
You can start with training OD (single position PG) for a while and push it up to 7/8,after that just train his outside skills .
Except for JR because its pretty low anyway.But instead train JS/1v1 forwards ,that way his IS should become 10 /12 in the end ,and thats very nice for a PG..

*OD should train somewhat faster because handling is 8,and there will be elastic effect
