His team become BOT recently and he becomes retired today, so sad ... he's not that bad, or I could even say he's a quality big man, so sad to see him retired.

Any tele-conference to be held for him? I want to speak to him, to see whether he wants to come out of retirement and join another team.

Any chance to keep this player alive? He's playing for BOT, and I am afraid he will be retired soon.

Alternatively, could we have a "buy-out clause"? I mean everyone could try to spend certain amount for BOT players, and then that player will be shown in the transfer market. All these money will go to "Free agent".

That's really sad to see such good players to retire at the age of 29. Pretty sure many fans and reporters will be crying during the retirement announcement / tele-conference.

Rules are rules, I accept that. But, can we brain-storm some alternatives, so there would be a last chance for them to fight for survival, right? I mentioned about "buy-out clause", which even other managers didn't exactly know the players' skills, all the managers could have time to save some players and keep them alive.

Two criteria to discuss: (i) Time to bid such players; (ii) Amount for "buy-out clause".

(i) I think all the players in BOT should be applicable. (ii) $500,000 seems a fair amount to start with, and all such revenues will go to "Free Agent". Feel free to discuss.
