And one more thing. I trained these players in these positions in previous season. Skills popped more frequently.
its like after the update for new season everything went downhill.

Would be very thankful if You could give some pointers how to train better my players with their size difference.

Your players grew older and you any elastic effect you could rely on is probably gone. Training OD single position on 23 year olds is already very slow, training 23yos OD in 2 positions is a thing for masochists. You should expect 1 pop every 6 weeks at best. Bottom line, your training plans are not promising at all, you should reconsider your strategy ASAP.

What is the best age to end training? 24, 25? Or it just depends what your goals are and what You want to do with the player, right?

training 24+ year olds is way slower than training 18-19 year olds... so training a 24yo+ from scratch is definitely not going to be a good idea... however, the 24yo+ has high skills and cap left to develop, training can work, also because a highly skilled player who is being trained can contribute much more to the team overall than a youngster (whose training can be a burden to the performance of the team)... actually there are some players who are trained until 28-29, but those are very special cases...

so the answer is actually in your question, everything depends on your goals and what you want to do with your player... just don't plan to get good results from training an old player from scratch...

Hey, thanks for Your answer.
Im not training it from scratch, this is my 3rd season in BB, well the 1st season when I started, was left few games in regular season. I wouldnt say im training it from scratch.

I'm not sure if I was clear about my point.

I wanted to say that if you have a 23+yo player with skills around 8-9 or less, it's a bad idea to waste time training him. I'd say that a 23yo is worth training if his main skills are around 14 or better... otherwise, switch to youngsters, those are the ones who are supposed to be trained from scratch (i.e. with basic starting skills).

-> OD is recommended as 1-position training (2-pos.-training slows it down for about 60%!)

That's a bold assumption and not the one i experienced when training 2-position OD. It's better than that.

With the information that I have:

Pressing-OD:
PG->0,43/training
PG+SG->0,31/training

So 1 position is up for about 39% (0,31*139%=0,43) and 2 position is down for about 28% (0,43*72%=0,31).

Just an example, one of my utopian trainees (19-20yo, 1,88m) had 12 OD-1-Pos. with 8 (!) ups. You will never ever reach this with 2-Pos.training.

1-Pos.-training is far more effective and as calculated before 2-Pos.-training might not be at 60% but 70% of 1-Pos.training.

Thats understandable. Well, my 23 yo has JS 14, OD 13 and Handling 13, so not the skills around 8 or 9, but i got Your point.

How the elastic training works exactly? I train firstly OD that its much higher than other skills, for example 12-13 and other skills arent higher than 7, then the elastic kicks in when training 1on1?
