Sure? I never experienced a significat higher merch-income. Always thought it's just a fun-event.
Jersey-sales are visible just since last season...

If you are right, how long is the effect? Just the All-Star-Week? Whole season?

With two all star starters and a sub, i get roughly a 6.5% gain. It's more a guess with very few samples of a very volatile data.
