Yep. It's not as great as it sounds, though. 25% at 28y.o. means less than a pop per season.

Yeah, my bad. Should be just three. Ignore the fourth value

Cap 1 -> ~70-75% training efficiency
Cap 2 -> ~40-50% training efficiency
Cap 3 -> 25% training efficiency

lets say 100% training is: 0.05 proper training + 0.10 elastic effect.
Reduction for cap affects both or only the first one?

@deanswer

Elastic effect % is always the same, just the coefficient from the training is reduced by the cap.

So in your example, elastic effect will always be 10% of whatever final training coefficient.

A question to mink0ff, what about the subdecimals of potential, HoF specifically 10.00 to 10.99, are you able to estimate what salary/tsp is needed to hit the cap for let's say, 10.50?

Good question Coach Sergio, i’ll follow this post.

But im afraid its impossible to estimate what salary/tsp is needed to hit a cap for a specific potential subdecimal.

1) depends on many external factors
- position of the player (primary skills)
- how the player will be trained
- …

2) we’ll never know what subdecimal potential a player has so its hard to compare with other players/salary/tsp

If im wrong, please someone correct me

Another question if I may add

Can you translate a 10.00 and 10.99 potential in real world examples? With salary or TSP?

I know that bubbles buzzerbeater created a video about it 3 years ago to compare with IRL players and what BB stats they would have.
Mayby this one could help you (https://youtu.be/YPeQiJYzVgU?si=054Q196lVa9hkkD2)

But it doesn't goes that specific in detail about the subdecimal
