Oh I just opened a ticket on discord because of that. Did not see the thread here. I tried to set up pickup games yesterday for both my teams. Until now I never had an issue, usally I make one that starts ~10-15 minutes from now. I did the same yesterday and the pickup games never appeared in the schedule. After trying again and again it finaly worked. Now I have -1 tokens! xD
