many they have denied the request to make an test training at your arena cause everybody wants to see then ;)

Maybe the other guys come direct to such training, and the one Scout point scouting is that they viewed a game from them.

Or it is just master random, else it won't make sense to pay 40k in the draft ... Cause you get nearly all relevant infos with lower cost.

Because the scouts are lazy and go screening near there homes, they're getting payed anyway. ;-)

That's one way. But I woudn't be staisfied with that answer and fire all of them.

So last time I asked this question to my scouts they told me this:

"we are very sorry sir, but it seems that we are unlucky year after year. Every time the first few players we scout seem to be of the same quality, so we invite a few to get more info on them. Then later on some better players come around, so we stop scouting the lesser for the second time, but scout some of those better a few times. Then even better seem to show, but by that time we are out of time, so the ones we can see twice are limited by that time. Then, you get all the info at once, and it seems like we are dumb, but we realy can't help it."

So I decided to keep my scouts, since they have shown me they are doing their job...

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

Another question about blind scouts and scouting tactics, I dont know too many scouts that go out and there and just scout whoever and report. I agree that we dont necessarily need to see exact heights and a rough estimate would do.

Say I train outside/SF. Why would I be scouting centers/PF? Wouldnt it be more useful to the scout and the team that partway through the season say...allstar break the scout comes back and gives a midseason report saying I scouted 4 centers, 8 PF 10 PG 9SG etc etc.

Then you have the choice to create a recruiting pool and so ok go back out and scout these players and choose say 10 before you hit the rest. Those would get the first invites back to the practice facility, the in depth information. This year I was scouting 3 players a week, and got lots of information on guards that im not really going to train or use, if I get one he will go on the market so I can have money for an established guard or a blue chip rookie.
