Why is my coach playing my center at small forward? I was looking at the weekly minutes and noticed that my center, Jefferson Williams, played 44 minutes at center and 28 minutes at small forward. I would understand C/PF but C/SF?

Also, is training affected by playing in multiple positions?

I played look inside as usual and my power forward/center positions were much much less effective. For some reason a much higher percentage of inside shots were taken by gaurds then forwards/centers, even though my front line is real good at inside scoring.

The shot chart looked very similar, except for a few outliers which are prob due to the adjustment you mentioned. It just seems that there was a sea change of all the same shots being taken by my guards instead of forwards, even though my starting forward/center are easily my best players. Will see how it plays out over the future games.

Yesterday's match was better, my inside players resumed taking most of my shots as I prefer they would.

In last night's match my team did take more jumpers instead of all inside shots which was good. But my top scorer had 64 points! Seems a bit high but not sure...

Match 484847.

How exactly does the coach decides who plays and who doesn't? I had a player with respectable practice not play at all last game.

Not sure how well the follow the depth chart command is working. After 4 minutes, not a single starter, or any of the listed backups, are actually playing the positions I selected. The starting point guard is playing center, the back-up shooting guard is playing center, etc.

The game engine held Canada's second leading scorer to 0 points (he did attempt 5 shots at his newly learned shooting guard position though).

Pelletier, Jesse Did Not Play - Coach's Decision

Thats my starting guard, played a much worse reserve in his spot most the match for some reason

Anderson, Joseph 20 9 - 13 0 - 0 4 - 4 3 9 0 0 0 0 4 22 8
Steward, Earl 28 6 - 8 0 - 0 0 - 2 2 7 4 0 0 0 4 12 4.5

Anderson is my starting center, backup played 28 minutes for some reason.

I played the 3rd coaching option, "strictly follow depth chart', and it was a close game all along, ended up losing by 2.
