A Monster-Yes, from me. I agree with alll point from the first post. But, the scrimmage rule is not that important. From my point of view, there is no real benefit with scrimmages against the own team ...
You're forgetting all the cheating possibilities: farming, swapping training, blah blah blah...I'm clearly not saying that cheating is good, but as of now sooner or later we catch cheaters. With the second team being official, it gives us even more informatio and chances to catch them. With coded rules that would bloke them to make most of the actual cheating, if there is people ready to cheat through that second, that will be marginal. And in the meantime, they will bring money to BB while risking to lost their two teams and not get back their money. The effect of those possible cheaters should be borderline meaningless, especially in comparison on the possible money contribution.

this is already possible. It's called cheating
